Patcho Continental Resources Ltd is a privately owned mineral exploration company focused on advancing high‑quality copper, cobalt and gold assets in Zambia’s North‑Western Province, within the world‑class Lufilian Arc.
Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Lusaka, Patcho was established with a clear mandate: to identify, advance and responsibly monetise exploration assets in proven geological belts, rather than pursue premature, capital‑intensive mine development.

Patcho is a Zambia‑focused exploration company built on technical discipline, capital efficiency and respect for the environments and communities in which we operate.
Our work is grounded in systematic, data‑driven exploration, progressing assets through defined technical stages to materially reduce geological risk. This approach creates opportunities for mid‑tier and major mining companies seeking scale, location and exposure to high‑demand metals in a stable and established mining jurisdiction.
Patcho currently holds two exploration licences:
- A large‑scale licence (~15,000 hectares) advanced through drilling and resource modelling, positioned for sale or strategic partnership
- A smaller retained licence (~1,000 hectares) undergoing focused, capital‑efficient exploration
This disciplined structure allows Patcho to align asset scale with operator capability while preserving value and upside.

Patcho Continental Resources was founded by Patson Ngoma, a Zambian entrepreneur, with the objective of building a credible, disciplined exploration company capable of partnering with international mining groups.
The Company is led by an experienced and well‑balanced leadership team with expertise spanning strategy, governance, commercial development, finance, operations and digital capability. This depth of leadership enables Patcho to advance exploration assets proactively, maintain strong governance standards and engage confidently with investors, partners and regulators, while remaining agile and capital‑efficient.
