Systematic, Data‑Driven Exploration in the Lufilian Arc

Patcho Continental Resources applies a structured and disciplined exploration approach designed to progressively reduce geological risk and build technical confidence at each stage of asset advancement.

Our exploration activities are focused on Zambia’s North‑Western Province, within the world‑class Lufilian Arc, one of the most prospective copper‑cobalt belts globally. Exploration programmes are executed with a strong emphasis on technical rigour, environmental stewardship and capital efficiency.

Exploration Philosophy

Patcho’s exploration philosophy is founded on discipline over speed.

We believe that value is created by reducing uncertainty at each stage of exploration, rather than accelerating expenditure. Programmes are structured, evidence‑led and reviewed before progression, ensuring capital is deployed efficiently and responsibly.

This approach allows incoming partners to inherit robust, integrated datasets rather than early‑stage assumptions.

Exploration Methodology

Patcho applies a consistent exploration workflow that moves logically from regional understanding to target definition and subsurface testing.

Our methodology integrates desktop studies and historical data review with regional and detailed geochemical programmes, including stream sediment, termite mound and soil sampling. These datasets are complemented by ground‑based geophysical surveys, including magnetic and induced polarisation (IP) methods, to map structures and sulphide systems.

Targets are validated through geological mapping, pitting and trenching before progressing to drilling. Each dataset is assessed collectively to refine targets and improve confidence prior to advancing to the next phase.

Drilling & Technical Outcomes

Patcho has completed reverse circulation (RC) and diamond drilling programmes across its exploration licences.

RC drilling has been used to efficiently test near‑surface mineralisation and target continuity, while diamond drilling has provided continuous core for detailed geological, structural and mineralogical analysis.

Integrated interpretation of geological, geochemical, geophysical and drilling data has confirmed the presence of structurally controlled, sulphide‑rich mineralisation, validating the exploration model and supporting preliminary mineral resource modelling. These outcomes materially reduce early‑stage risk and position the assets for advancement by an incoming operator with the capacity to deploy capital at scale.

Responsible Exploration & Readiness

All exploration activities are conducted in line with Zambian mining and environmental regulations, with a strong emphasis on health and safety, environmental stewardship, community engagement and regulatory compliance.

Patcho recognises that responsible exploration underpins long‑term value creation and a sustainable licence to operate. By combining technical discipline with responsible conduct, our exploration work delivers assets that are technically credible, transaction‑ready and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
