Our Exploration Assets

Focused, Responsible Exploration in Zambia’s Lufilian Arc

Patcho Continental Resources holds strategically located mineral exploration licences in Zambia’s North‑Western Province, within the globally recognised Lufilian Arc. Our assets provide exposure to copper, cobalt, gold, nickel and associated base metals – commodities essential to global electrification, energy transition and industrial development.

Patcho operates a disciplined, two‑asset strategy designed to maximise value while maintaining capital efficiency and responsible exploration practices.

Our Two‑Asset Strategy

Patcho’s asset portfolio is structured to align asset scale with operator capability:

  • A large‑scale, advanced exploration licence positioned for sale or strategic partnership
  • A smaller, retained licence undergoing focused, capital‑efficient exploration

This approach allows Patcho to advance exploration responsibly without pursuing premature mine development, while preserving optionality and upside for shareholders.

Available for Sale or Partnership

15,000‑Hectare Large‑Scale Exploration Licence

Location: Kalumbila District, North‑Western Province, Zambia

Geological Setting: World‑class Lufilian Arc

Patcho’s flagship asset comprises a large‑scale exploration licence covering approximately 15,000 hectares within one of the most prospective copper‑cobalt belts globally. Due to its size and advanced technical status, the licence is not intended for owner‑operated mine development and is being actively positioned for outright sale or strategic partnership with a mid‑tier or major mining company.

Target Commodities

  • Copper
  • Cobalt
  • Gold
  • Nickel
  • Associated base metals

Work Completed

The licence has been systematically advanced through multiple exploration phases, materially reducing early‑stage geological risk.

Completed work includes:

  • Regional geochemical surveys
  • Stream sediment and termite mound sampling
  • Detailed soil geochemistry
  • Ground magnetic surveys
  • Induced polarisation (IP) surveys
  • Pitting and trenching
  • Reverse circulation (RC) drilling
  • Diamond drilling
  • Preliminary mineral resource estimation

Exploration Outcomes

Integrated geological, geochemical, geophysical and drilling datasets confirm structurally controlled, sulphide‑rich mineralisation, validating the exploration model and supporting further advancement by an incoming operator with the capacity to deploy capital at scale.

Transaction Pathways

Patcho is open to flexible transaction structures, including:

  • Outright asset sale
  • Joint venture with earn‑in structure
  • Strategic partnership

Transaction terms will reflect the technical work completed to date, asset scale and strategic positioning.

Technical Reporting – Lumwana East Licence (35859‑HQ‑LEL)

As part of the systematic advancement of its flagship exploration licence, Patcho has documented exploration activities and outcomes at the Lumwana East site.

Retained Asset

1,000‑Hectare Exploration Licence

Patcho retains a smaller, highly prospective exploration licence to pursue focused, capital‑efficient exploration. This asset provides continued exposure to discovery upside while maintaining strategic discipline.

Exploration activities on the retained licence are designed to:

  • Test priority targets efficiently
  • Build geological understanding through staged programmes
  • Maintain optionality for future partnership or advancement

This asset ensures Patcho remains an active exploration company, not solely an asset vendor.

Our Exploration Approach

Systematic, Data‑Driven and Responsible

Patcho applies a structured exploration methodology designed to progressively reduce risk while maintaining high technical standards.

Our approach includes:

  • Desktop studies and historical data review
  • Regional reconnaissance and geochemical screening
  • Targeted soil geochemistry
  • Geophysical surveys to define structures and sulphide zones
  • Surface excavation (pits and trenches)
  • Subsurface validation through drilling

Exploration programmes are staged to ensure efficient capital deployment and informed decision‑making at each phase.

Responsible Operations

Exploration Conducted with Care

All exploration activities are undertaken in line with Zambian mining and environmental regulations, with a strong emphasis on:

  • Environmental stewardship
  • Health and safety
  • Community engagement
  • Regulatory compliance

Patcho recognises that responsible exploration underpins long‑term value creation and a sustainable licence to operate.

Why Our Assets Matter

Clear Opportunity in a Proven Jurisdiction

  • Tier‑one African mining jurisdiction: Zambia
  • Proven geological belt: Lufilian Arc
  • Advanced exploration stage: Drilling and resource modelling completed
  • High‑demand metals: Copper, cobalt, gold, nickel
  • Clear monetisation routes: Sale, JV or partnership
